Pro-Future F.C

Pro-Future FC have a soccer
 school, under 8s, 2 x Under U1s, U12s, U14 and U15s Teams

The club has worked extremely hard towards achieving FA Charter Standard status this season.

“We are trying to attract players who may have been released from academies, work with them and perhaps give them a second chance of getting back in to an academy team", explained Hughes, "there are many football organisations to choose from, but Pro Future is unique, we teach the fundamentals of the game from a very early age and encourage the children to work things out, open the body up, twist and turn and make an effective decision on how they pass and receive the ball. Pro Future is a classroom with no roof and no walls ”

"Unlike Academies, we do not "release" players nor do we put them under any pressure to learn at a faster pace than they are capable of, Some old-school coaches just want steel and grit, but that alone will only take you so far", He adds, "Pro Future training will work on every single aspect of your game and we are confident our training will bring out the best in anyone"

The club trains at Oakhill Academy on Tuesdays 6-8pm, Fridays 6-8pm and Saturdays 9-11am, and for further details, contact John Hughes on 07989 054013

About Pro-Future

The Pro-future coaching module has been devised by Technical Director John Hughes over many years of coaching experience to enhance the skills of youth players.

John’s football journey started as Manchester school boys captain and from there into the England school boys squad. His ability as a player took him to such clubs as, Manchester United, Leeds United, West Bromwich Albion, Bury FC, and Accrington Stanley.

At the end of his playing career, John took up management positions at such clubs as Great Harwood Town and Chorley FC in which he played integral part in developing such players as Matt Derbyshire (Birmingham City) Brett Omerod (Wrexham) and Andrew Proctor (Preston NE).

“Almost every young child has the dream of becoming a professional footballer, the fact is only a few will be lucky enough to realise their dreams. To become a professional takes many years of hard work and dedication from your child and from you as a parent/guardian, whether it be just getting kits prepared or commuting to and from sport events, you will play a big part in their development.
John Hughes
Technical Director

However, this encouragement and support can sometimes be over emphasised by the financial pressures and time constraints of today’s modern world, unwittingly these pressures can be passed on to your child, and through their desire not to disappoint, can have an adverse effect on their progression.

These circumstances deflect the principal objectives of youth sports, and our unique training methods have been designed over years of coaching experience to make session plans fun and build your child’s confidence.
At Pro-Future we understand that parents/guardians involvement in their child’s sport is an integral part of the relationship with their child, but to maximise your child’s performance we recommend full autonomy be given to the coach.

It is our goal to provide children access to Elite Coaches, there are many coaching originations to choose from but we must remember: The Quality Of The Coaching Determines The Quality Of The Course.”
